Tips for viewing SwingMentor Videos:
Access Pass option - If you purchased a video using the "Access Pass" option, you will get a link to a web page on which you will watch the SwingMentors.com's golf lesson. The video is embedded in the web page.
If you have problems viewing the videos embedded in the web page here are a few things to check:
Make sure you allow "active x" to be installed/used for your web browser. Active X is a script that enables the embedded video to play by providing instructions to your computer.
Make sure you have the latest patches and version of Windows Media Player download latest player here.
Some upgrade patches of anti-virus software and windows automatic updates "breaks" Windows Media Player. The solution to fix this problem is to uninstall and then reinstall Windows Media Player.
Other things that affect viewing video with windows media:
If your network connection is chugged out with background programs, other people on your home network (or for cable users) lots of people in your neighborhood... or if you have a "fractional" Broadband-"light" DSL or Cable connection, you may not be able to see Windows Media videos as you cannot receive a stream.
If you are runing an older browser, or Firefox/ Mozilla/ Opera/ Mosaic/ Safari/ etc you may have difficulty as the Windows Media Player plug-in sometimws doesn't play nice with non-Active-X browsers.
View different videos - If you purchased access to multiple videos - you can view each video by login to the shop then click on "My Account" at the top left of the screen. This will show all your purchases, select the purchase you want to view and the list of available videos will appear. Click on "download" next to the video you want to watch and a web page will open and start playing the video.
